2026 key stage 2 national curriculum tests: information for parents
Schools will receive KS2 test results on Thursday 16th July 2026, and parents should receive their child’s results and teacher assessments before the end of the summer term. Schools will discuss pupils’ overall performance with parents and can request a review if they believe a test has been marked incorrectly. Results are also shared with the child’s secondary school to help support a smooth transition in September.
Rochdale Music Service & The Royal Opera House
This week Year 4 took part in Hansel & Gretel, a large scale project in collaboration with the Royal Ballet & Opera, Covent Garden, London. It involved 22 Rochdale primary & secondary school students. There were over 850 pupils performing throughout the week! The children were amazing and did the school proud!

Artwork created by pupils in Years 4 and 5 has been chosen for display in the outdoor gallery at Rochdale Town Hall, as part of the Side by Side Festival, 13-15 August 2026.
