Greenbank Primary School Uniform Policy

At Greenbank Primary, we are proud of our uniform. Your support and cooperation with this is very much appreciated. Our smartly dressed children are part of what gives our school a good reputation. We expect all children to wear uniform, including our PE Kit when attending school. There are a couple of exceptions where children do not have to wear our school uniform; Outdoor Learning days and non-uniform days.

Wearing a school uniform:

  • promotes a sense of pride in the school
  • creates a sense of community and belonging towards the school
  • is practical and smart
  • identifies the children within the school
  • prevents children from coming to school in fashion clothes that could be distracting in class
  • is regarded as suitable wear for school
